High ceilings, cozy but open spaces and custom details define this custom built Sugar Bowl home. The floor plan was designed to be both intimate for an individual or couple and also inviting to larger groups for holiday entertaining or family get-togethers. The master suite is on the top floor featuring a loft library for privacy and convenience. The master space includes a small closet for a mini fridge to have a tea/coffee closet along with a walk-in closet. The master bath has both a standing rain-style shower and a soaking tub as well as a small water closet and dual sinks.

The middle floor has an open concept kitchen and living room with a fully enclosed river porch-style dining room with floor to ceiling windows. Sliding doors create an alfresco feel for year-round livable outdoor space. At the far end of the dining room is a small deck that shares a fireplace with the living room and designed for a hot tub.
